- You are our Brand Ambassador in the region
- You implement sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets
- You manage specialist retail accounts to build long-term customer relationships and increase sales

Requirements
- Completed commercial training (e.g., retail salesperson) or further qualification as a Sales Specialist (Fachwirt/in Vertrieb), or a degree with a sales-related focus (e.g., Sales), or initial experience in key account management
- A good sense for the needs and requirements of the DIY market
- Strong numerical literacy and analytical thinking as a basis for sound decision-making
- Self-motivation and curiosity
- Strong communication skills combined with a confident presence
