About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students from the initial inquiry through contract signing
- Present WBS CODING SCHOOL’s course offerings in a compelling and clear manner
- Provide tailored guidance on the application process, course options, and funding possibilities
- Engage with prospective students across all communication channels
- Conduct interviews as part of the admissions process
- Handle administrative tasks related to the prospective student journey
- Observe and share insights on current trends with the Admissions team and other departments
Requirements
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German are required
- Additional languages are a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Open-minded, solution-oriented approach to admissions and student recruitment
- Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is a plus
- Passion for the IT industry and new technologies
- Experience with CRM tools is an advantage
- Knowledge of adult education and the tech industry is beneficial
