Project Manager

• Manage regulatory/tax projects with a focus on ICMS in a banking environment
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning through delivery
• Maintain continuous interface with IT, Tax, Legal, Business and Compliance teams
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, scope, budget and quality
• Support process structuring and decomposition in collaboration with Agile teams
• Conduct monitoring rituals (status reports, steering committees, executive checkpoints)
• Manage risks, dependencies and regulatory impacts
• Act as the project's focal point with bank leadership
