Project Manager

• Plan and prioritize customer objectives and balance internal resource availability.
• Manage customer stakeholder expectations on scope, priority, and timelines.
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout the customer journey.
• Implement existing processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective implementations.
• Ensure customer initiatives are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Identify roadblocks or slowdowns and make them visible to the internal team.
• Assess historical trends and identify opportunities for optimization in project delivery.
• Apply project management best practices to keep initiatives on track and stakeholders informed.
• Engage in professional and proactive communication with customers at all project milestones.
• Help the Platform Product Manager test platform features and provide technical feedback to Engineering.
• Coordinate testing phases with Ops: develop testing plans, get them data/tool access, document all feedback.
• Facilitate feedback review sessions with me and Engineering for prioritization decisions. Track issues through resolution.
• Coordinate between Engineering, Ops, and other teams on tactical execution.
• Follow up on dependencies and blockers so I don’t have to chase them.

Technical Project Coordinator

Account Executive

• Develop a book of business by analyzing client needs, proposing solutions, and articulating a compelling business vision.
• Become a subject matter expert on our product suite.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, relationship building, contract negotiation, and resource coordination for customer success.
• Understand customer business objectives and position Wayvia as a strategic partner to achieve their goals.
• Provide valuable insights to customers to support their business objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and internal teams to onboard new customers effectively.

Product Manager

• Own the multi-quarter vision and roadmap for Shoppable Media, aligned to client outcomes, market intelligence, and company strategy.
• Set goals, manage product scorecards, and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Define clear quarterly investment priorities, including what will and will not be built.
• Use client demand, churn risk, QBR feedback, and market signals to drive prioritization.
• Balance new development with iteration, protecting engineering focus and ensuring delivery to completion.
• Coach and develop product managers across discovery, definition, and delivery.
• Build strong roadmap communication and decision-making discipline across the team.
• Lead a structured discovery process informed by client feedback, QBRs, competitive analysis, and GTM insights.
• Identify market opportunities, client pain points, and signals tied to churn and expansion.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure product decisions balance business, customer, and technical needs.
• Stay current on AI commerce trends and relevant partnership or integration opportunities.
• Translate market and client needs into clear PRDs, briefs, and success metrics.
• Partner with engineering and design to test concepts, prototypes, and POCs.
• Work with GTM to shape product positioning, messaging, and launch readiness materials.
• Partner with engineering to deliver new capabilities with clear requirements, tradeoffs, and acceptance criteria.
• Support successful launches and drive adoption across the client base.
• Manage the product lifecycle across launches, iterations, and sunset decisions.
• Use post-launch adoption and business outcome data to inform improvements and accountability.
