About the role

  • Join the sales leadership team in Berlin to build and lead a high-performing team of outbound BDRs.
  • Develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Ensure sales qualified leads convert to opportunities.
  • Hire, train, and coach your team on articulating the value proposition.
  • Motivate your team to exceed their monthly targets.
  • Liaise between BDR and AE units for alignment.
  • Collaborate with Enablement for onboarding and training.
  • Identify and partner with executive leadership on sales process improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and German
  • 1-3 years of proven experience leading outbound sales teams
  • Consistently exceeded targets both as an individual contributor and as a manager
  • Enjoy coaching and developing ramping reps
  • Adapt to a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
  • High emotional intelligence to lead and motivate teams
  • Analytical problem-solver using data for decisions
  • Experience of Solution Selling and/or MEDDICC methodologies
