About the role
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a diverse range of critical roles, balancing technical requirements (Engineering, IT, Product) with niche business functions (Credit Risk, Underwriting, Finance).
- Partner closely with Technical and Functional leaders to deeply understand complex hiring needs.
- Manage end-to-end hiring across varied verticals.
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage hard-to-find talent.
- Leverage data and market intelligence to provide stakeholders with realistic insights.
- Champion a best-in-class candidate experience.
- Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with exposure to both Technical (Engineering, Data, IT) and General & Administrative (Finance, Risk, Legal) functions.
