Product Manager

• Ensure delivery of digital products, aligning with business needs and priorities.
• Own end-to-end product delivery.
• Represent stakeholder interests, participate in feature definitions, and prioritize backlog items.
• Elicit and document processes, business rules, and requirements.
• Apply agile methodologies.
• Lead and guide the Squad by creating user stories, acceptance criteria, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning work to development, design, and related teams.
• Attend and facilitate agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.
• Oversee product development and ensure the team executes tasks efficiently following agile practices.
• Create schedules and plan sprints based on the strategic roadmap.
• Act as an interface between development, internal and external clients, Customer Success, and direct managers.
