About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure delivery of digital products, aligning with business needs and priorities.
- Own end-to-end product delivery.
- Represent stakeholder interests, participate in feature definitions, and prioritize backlog items.
- Elicit and document processes, business rules, and requirements.
- Apply agile methodologies.
- Lead and guide the Squad by creating user stories, acceptance criteria, setting timelines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning work to development, design, and related teams.
- Attend and facilitate agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Planning, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.
- Oversee product development and ensure the team executes tasks efficiently following agile practices.
- Create schedules and plan sprints based on the strategic roadmap.
- Act as an interface between development, internal and external clients, Customer Success, and direct managers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of the GHG Protocol and greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory concepts.
- Understanding of Scopes 1, 2 and 3 and their components.
- Familiarity with emission factors and how they factor into calculations (activity × factor).
- Experience in sustainability/climate change.
- Genuine interest in ESG and decarbonization.
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Production Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related fields.
- This position is open to candidates across Brazil.
- Experience in Product Analyst, PO or Functional Analyst roles.
- Experience with sustainability management software or SaaS/data products.
- Practice with agile methodologies.
- Certification or course in the Brazilian GHG Protocol Program (FGV) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with factor methodologies and databases (PB GHG Protocol tool, IPCC, DEFRA, EPA, ecoinvent).
- Previous experience in sustainability consulting or preparing GHG inventories.
