About the role

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve the corporate messaging and brand voice for two technology brands.
  • Own the full-funnel B2B demand generation strategy.
  • Partner closely with the Product team to drive go-to-market strategies.
  • Distill complex architecture, integrations, and technical specifications into compelling narratives.
  • Oversee a content strategy that operates on two tracks simultaneously.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the Product/Engineering teams and the Sales organization.
  • Design and execute a partner marketing program tailored to the company’s channel-driven go-to-market model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience leading a marketing team specifically within a technology business.
  • Proven success in a high-growth environment (e.g., scaling a company from Series B to D, or managing $20M+ growth phases).
  • Demonstrated ability to take 'dense' technical concepts and make them accessible to non-technical buyers without losing the 'expert' audience.
  • Expert-level command of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) used to track complex, technical sales cycles.
