Lead the design and optimization of enterprise data models and analytics patterns.
Drive the development, standardization, and optimization of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions.
Design, document, and catalog enterprise business data domains and definitions.
Establish and govern best practices for enterprise reporting, performance optimization, and user access to analytics.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate analytical and reporting needs into scalable analytics solutions.
Guide the evaluation and adoption of modern analytics technologies.
Mentor junior analytics team members on BI architecture and data modeling best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent relevant work experience).
Minimum of 14 years of experience in data and analytics architecture, with a strong emphasis on business intelligence, semantic modeling, and enterprise analytics solutions.
Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI, including semantic models, DAX development, and performance tuning.
Strong experience with ERP-centric data modeling and analytics, including SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP environments.
Advanced knowledge of dimensional modeling techniques, including Kimball methodologies and star/snowflake schemas.
Strong proficiency in SQL and analytical query optimization.
Proven experience supporting analytics solutions in manufacturing or industrial business environments.
Expertise in data modeling methodologies (Kimball and Inmon), data quality management, and metadata management.
Working knowledge of data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Proven success leading or contributing to large-scale data modernization initiatives or cloud-based analytics transformations.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving orientation and ability to navigate complex technical ecosystems.
