About the role
- Provides expert-level support for Commercial and Industrial Water Treatment systems
- Resolves complex technical issues
- Guides customers, partners, and service contractors through troubleshooting, installations, and warranty inquiries
- Offers timely solutions and interprets technical documentation
- Coordinates service needs
- Documents and manages service functions using Sales Force Systems
- Reviews wiring diagrams, schematics, CAD drawings
- Communicates effectively at different levels of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the water treatment industry
- 3-5 years of water treatment experience and/or mechanical field experience, education and training
- Field service coordination/project management experience a plus
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
