💰 $70,000 - $80,000 per year

About the role

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for our WEBTOON Unscrolled and WEBTOON Merch product lines to include:
  • - Creating full-scale marketing plans
  • - Building copy docs and creative briefs
  • - Identifying and creating sales material and promo item needs
  • - Outlining key goals and targets for advertising campaigns
  • - Leading efforts for performance marketing / Meta campaigns
  • - Prioritize and provide input into influencer activations and mailings
  • - Launching and growing a WEBTOON Consumer Goods social media handle
  • - Planning and implementing unique social media and/or live event opportunities for our creators timed to their product launches
  • Maintain up-to-date data and numbers for all assigned campaign titles to include:
  • - Managing marketing budgets
  • - Properly managing time and resources across competing priorities
  • - Keep all end of month KPIs, performance, influencer, sentiment metrics updated
  • Communicate regularly to our various stakeholders to include:
  • - Presenting marketing and publicity efforts during Sales Conferences
  • - Participating in our seasonal (virtual) Influencer Preview events (2x per year)
  • - Regularly update sales, internal staff, and creators on marketing efforts

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, project, and budget management
  • Strong planning skills and proactive approach to keeping projects moving forward
  • A flexible, approachable attitude with creative problem-solving skills and collaborative approach to challenges
  • Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in both creating and implementing full-scale marketing campaigns – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves if needed
  • Strong eye for design and strong copywriting skills
  • University degree in a related field or equivalent experience
