About the role
- Functional and disciplinary leadership of the Metering Operations department — including the Energy Data Management, Change Process Management and Installation Management teams.
- Direct line management of three team leaders and responsibility for approximately 40 employees.
- Operational implementation of metering operations and ensuring a legally compliant, smooth execution of processes.
- Developing and implementing strategic objectives with the team into practical, actionable concepts.
- Actively driving the further development, standardization and digitalization of departmental processes.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a leadership role at middle management level, ideally in the energy sector or in a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Good understanding of operational processes and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Ideally experience in metering operations or in energy market processes.
- Strategic vision and solid experience in the digitalization of processes.
- Willingness to be regularly present at the Ruderting (near Passau) site.
