About the role

  • Own the global paid media budget and strategy across Search and Social, ensuring alignment with overall company growth targets.
  • Balance the dual goals of Lead Quantity and Lead Quality.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of performance specialists to execute best-in-class campaigns.
  • Work closely with sales and regional marketing teams to localize global strategies, ensuring campaigns are culturally relevant and optimized for specific market nuances while maintaining global consistency.
  • Partner with teams to solve attribution challenges (GA4/HubSpot), ensuring we have a "single source of truth" for ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to build a high-velocity creative testing framework for video and static assets.
  • Hire, mentor, and manage a team of performance specialists to execute best-in-class campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns across multiple regions and collaborate with distributed/regional teams.
  • You understand that "clicks" don't pay the bills. You optimize for CAC and Pipeline Quality.
  • Deep technical mastery of Google Ads and Paid Social platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from GA4, CRM (HubSpot), and ad platforms to drive decisions.
