• Collaborate with marketing team members to support content development and execution across, email, social media, etc.
• Assist with campaign research, setup, execution, and post-campaign analysis, helping improve performance and efficiency.
• Support social media publishing, scheduling, automation, and performance reporting.
• Conduct marketing research, audits, and competitive analysis projects.
• Assist in search engine optimization (SEO) and AI-assisted content optimization within the company’s content management system (CMS).
• Help manage the marketing ticketing system, including request intake, tracking, and status updates.
• Support marketing systems administration, including: Records & document management, Google Business Analytics, Bitly link creation and tracking, Facebook editor access management (200+ pages)
