About the role
- Own full-cycle recruiting for our customer-focused Mexico City roles: intake, sourcing, interview coordination, offer, and close.
- Build top-of-funnel for both immediate and future hiring needs via targeted outbound sourcing, referrals, campaigns, and ongoing engagement with local talent.
- Create scalable hiring processes that allow us to turn up and down hiring volume as needed to meet customer needs.
- Drive weekly pipeline reviews, interview panel training, structured debriefs, and continuous improvements.
- Track and share key metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, source mix).
- Help shape our Mexico employer brand: local events, partnerships, job content localization, and candidate experience that stands out.
- Support other North America roles as needed (coordination, sourcing, candidate experience).
Requirements
- 2–4+ years of recruiting experience in-house; experience hiring in Mexico required.
- Comfortable owning full-cycle searches across multiple functions with strong coordination and a great candidate experience.
- Evidence of building or scaling processes to make recruiting more efficient and effective.
- Strong sourcing fundamentals and knowledge of the Mexico City market.
- Excellent business communication in Spanish and English; confident partnering with managers in Mexico and across North America.
- Organized, scrappy, and bias-for-action; you move searches forward with clear updates and crisp follow-through.
