- Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday modules
- Manage and mentor Workday analysts and support staff
- Oversee relationships with Workday and third-party vendors
- Ensure integrations between Workday and third-party systems are secure and reliable
- Monitor system usage and performance metrics for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Deep functional expertise in managing complex ERP environments
- Strong people leadership skills
- Hands-on experience with Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, etc.)
- Ability to ensure system scalability, performance, and compliance
- Experience in serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
