Compliance

• Reporting to the Director of Health System Facilities, the Compliance Manager, Health Facilities is accountable for maintaining and demonstrating departmental compliance with all applicable Health policies, Federal, State and local codes, as well as all applicable standards and regulatory requirements across the medical centers and clinics in the greater Los Angeles area and other facilities as assigned
• This role is 100% remote! Applicant must reside in the United States
• Work Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm with weekends, holidays and after hours work as-needed

Health System Facilities Compliance Manager

Account Manager

• Provide guidance and advice on employee relations matters for staff employees
• Review disciplinary and other types of employment-related documents/actions (FMLA, Layoffs, work rules, etc.)
• Work with department HR Reps and senior leadership to ensure proper HR procedures are being practiced
• Responsible for policy/contract administration, including interpretation, implementation and management of policies and contracts
• Effectively partner/collaborate with Office of Compliance and Privacy Services, Staff Diversity & Compliance, Title IX, Risk Management, Staff/Faculty Counseling, Audit, Campus HR, Local/General Counsel, Office of the President and other campuses
• Represent this organization in work-groups/committees to ensure successful partnerships across departments
