• - You will drive impact by leading relationships with banks, MFIs, SACCOs, and other financial partners—fueling strong collaboration and shared success. Through regular touchpoints, joint planning, and proactive performance monitoring, you’ll deepen engagement, ensure exceptional service, and cultivate long-term partnerships that accelerate access to safe water and sanitation.
• ** Business Development  **
• - You will grow partnerships by identifying new opportunities to expand Water.org’s presence across both existing and emerging financial institutions. By engaging key decisionmakers, you’ll help spark product innovation, strengthen financing solutions, and drive portfolio growth. With a strategic and proactive approach, you will build a strong pipeline of mission aligned partners committed to scaling access to safe water and sanitation.

• - You will measure success by tracking partner performance, portfolio growth, fund utilization, and progress toward impact goals. Through timely reporting and clear, data driven insights, you will equip both internal teams and external partners with the information they need to strengthen strategies, improve outcomes, and accelerate impact.

Relationship Manager, Financial Institutions

• Provide project management support for the execution of the brand-level annual content calendar and fundraising campaigns and promotions across all related tactics and channels
• Manage process documentation and key resources like content libraries to create relevant content resources for internal and external use
• Support key elements of reporting
• Execute ongoing, quarterly and annual updates to communication resources
• Project manage the internal team in its core function to serve as the central brand and creative resource for the organization
• Serve as a content administrator for the website
• Lead campaign-related website tactics
• Provide project management support for website projects as part of the annual website strategy

Marketing Coordinator

• Manage a portfolio of corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Support senior team members on more complex or high-profile partnerships, contributing to account strategy and execution.
• Co-create and implement customized engagement plans for assigned corporate partners to deepen relationships and align with organizational goals.
• Contribute to engagement and stewardship strategy development for larger or more complex accounts.
• Conduct market research to identify prospects, partnership trends, and engagement opportunities.
• Prepare reports and recommendations that inform cohesive engagement plans in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
• Support tailored communications, stewardship, and donor recognition/appreciation efforts to strengthen partner relationships.
• Assist in the development of proposals and presentations, including those targeting gifts in the six-figure range, in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support revenue growth by helping steward and expand existing accounts, with opportunities to grow current partnerships over time.
