• Lead the overall commercial training strategy, development, and execution of the curriculum, including new hire onboarding, ongoing product education, and advanced sales skill training.
• Develop and deliver engaging technical training programs for sales, field applications, and commercial teams, focused on Watchmaker’s products, applications, and scientific workflows.
• Partner with product management, R&D, and commercial leaders to translate complex scientific concepts into accessible, customer-focused messaging.
• Create scalable training resources (presentations, playbooks, e-learning modules, assessments) that reinforce knowledge retention and field readiness.
• Conduct onboarding training for new sales hires and ongoing professional development for experienced team members.
• Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics, and knowledge assessments; iterate content to improve outcomes.
• Support product launches by designing and delivering training curricula that align with market positioning and sales strategies.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the commercial organization.
