Manage and optimize the regional marketing budget, ensuring transparency, ROI measurement, and alignment to business priorities.
Work closely with sales teams and WatchGuard Partners to strengthen relationships, drive MDF utilization, and co-develop marketing programs that enhance partner performance.
Collaborate with PR and Social Media teams to amplify regional visibility, thought leadership, and customer advocacy through success stories, media engagement, and social channels.
Serve as a regional marketing thought leader, proactively sharing insights, best practices, and market intelligence with internal stakeholders.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within the field marketing organization.
Requirements
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including field, demand generation, or channel marketing leadership roles, preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or SaaS.
Proven track record of achieving marketing-influenced pipeline goals and partnering closely with Sales to accelerate deal progression.
Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
Deep understanding of integrated marketing - spanning digital, events, content, and partner ecosystems.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate marketing metrics into business impact.
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong budget management, forecasting, and reporting capabilities.
Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organization.
Ability to travel throughout the US, Canada and Latin America, up to 30%.
