About the role

  • Lead and manage evaluation and assessment projects in collaboration with IE’s cross-functional team.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of evaluation projects (planning, design, implementation, dissemination).
  • Partner closely with Provost Office leadership, schools, and other university partners.
  • Design and implement mixed-method approaches, oversee quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis.
  • Translate findings into insights that inform decision-making and improvement.
  • Help strengthen the evaluation capacity within the IE team through shared tools, training, and collaborative learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Relevant Experience (4 Years)
  • Experience designing and planning evaluations.
  • Experience translating evaluation strategies into measurable outcomes and indicators.
  • Experience designing instruments and collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Experience facilitating conversations and workshops with groups of varying sizes and contexts.
  • Experience building and maintaining collaborative partner relationships.
  • Master’s degree in program evaluation, public health, social sciences or related field and at least two years of experience (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of evaluation and research methods (preferred).
  • Experience managing and supervising project teams (preferred).
  • Experience developing evaluation scopes of work or proposals (preferred).
  • Experience conducting evaluation or assessment in higher education settings (preferred).
