About the role
- Supports a full range of administrative and human resources functions for the Office of Education
- Assists in defining components of mission-based efforts, including participation in the assessment of required human capital
- Manages the Office of Education's Human Capital Management (HCM) functions
- Oversees payroll, stipend payments, data modifications, reporting, and other HCM-related tasks
- Coordinates recruitment processes with hiring managers
- Enhances efficiency of internal and external HCM processes
- Collaborates with the Director of Finance to conduct cost allocation audits
- Provides leadership to committees and projects related to OE initiatives
- Manages project tasks crucial to success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
- Relevant Experience (3 Years)
