About the role

  • Supports a full range of administrative and human resources functions for the Office of Education
  • Assists in defining components of mission-based efforts, including participation in the assessment of required human capital
  • Manages the Office of Education's Human Capital Management (HCM) functions
  • Oversees payroll, stipend payments, data modifications, reporting, and other HCM-related tasks
  • Coordinates recruitment processes with hiring managers
  • Enhances efficiency of internal and external HCM processes
  • Collaborates with the Director of Finance to conduct cost allocation audits
  • Provides leadership to committees and projects related to OE initiatives
  • Manages project tasks crucial to success

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education
  • Relevant Experience (3 Years)
