About the role
- Provide complex HR support for school/s, departments, and Senior Business Partners
- Develop and implement people strategies with academic and administrative leaders
- Advise on HR topics, including performance management and workforce planning
- Implement HR programs and processes in alignment with university policies
- Serve as a liaison between assigned schools/departments and HR Solutions Center
- Monitor and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Human Resources experience (8+ years)
- Master's degree preferred
- SPHR certification preferred
- Experience in University Setting or Large, Complex Organization with a Matrix Structure (5 years)
- Adaptability, Confidential Data Handling, Customer Service, Data Analysis
- Interpersonal Management, Problem Solving, Talent Acquisition skills
