About the role

  • Oversees the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Workday employee data and HR transactions within the HR Solutions Center.
  • Develop and manage the Data Management team to ensure efficient processing of employee records and HR transactions.
  • Maintain and enforce team standard operating procedures.
  • Supervise and manage HCM workflow and monitor daily transaction volumes to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with requirements.
  • Partner with HR teams to resolve data or process issues.
  • Serve as the escalation point for team data and transaction questions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
  • Payroll, Accounting, Or Human Resources (3 Years).
  • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
  • Skills: Workday HCM.
