About the role
- Oversees the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of Workday employee data and HR transactions within the HR Solutions Center.
- Develop and manage the Data Management team to ensure efficient processing of employee records and HR transactions.
- Maintain and enforce team standard operating procedures.
- Supervise and manage HCM workflow and monitor daily transaction volumes to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with requirements.
- Partner with HR teams to resolve data or process issues.
- Serve as the escalation point for team data and transaction questions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Payroll, Accounting, Or Human Resources (3 Years).
- No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
- Skills: Workday HCM.
