About the role
- Supports the goals and objectives of the Office of Medical Student Education (OMSE).
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the program unit.
- Oversees administration and designs workflows for the program unit.
- Collaborates with medical faculty, students and peers to plan, implement and assess the MD curriculum.
- Directly supervises Administrative Coordinator(s).
- Manages assigned MD course catalog, including annual rollover and updates.
- Directs multiple ongoing and ad hoc projects and initiatives related to OMSE.
- Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains program/project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
