About the role

  • Supports the goals and objectives of the Office of Medical Student Education (OMSE).
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the program unit.
  • Oversees administration and designs workflows for the program unit.
  • Collaborates with medical faculty, students and peers to plan, implement and assess the MD curriculum.
  • Directly supervises Administrative Coordinator(s).
  • Manages assigned MD course catalog, including annual rollover and updates.
  • Directs multiple ongoing and ad hoc projects and initiatives related to OMSE.
  • Collects and analyzes data; prepares scheduled and special reports; maintains program/project records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
