About the role
- Direct daily operations and administrative management of the unit
- Establish and implement all administrative and operational policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Direct OMSE staff inclusive of hiring, assignment of work responsibilities
- Content expert for Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation efforts
- Implement quality assurance and quality improvement
- Integral member of relevant committees

- Bachelor's degree
