About the role

  • Direct daily operations and administrative management of the unit
  • Establish and implement all administrative and operational policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Direct OMSE staff inclusive of hiring, assignment of work responsibilities
  • Content expert for Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation efforts
  • Implement quality assurance and quality improvement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
