💰 $21 - $31 per hour
About the role
- Lead team efforts on department specific collection within a payor
- Assist staff with resolving department specific issues and daily operational problems or backlog
- Identify and resolve department and payor trends
- Resolve invoices within team that requires special attention
- Motivate staff, promote team effort and department goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- 2 years of work experience in insurance or collection
- Skills in ICD 9 and CPT coding
- Driver's license is not required
- Up to 22 days of vacation
