About the role
- Provide leadership and oversight of post-award financial operations
- Supervise, train, and develop a team of staff
- Oversee financial management of awards including budgeting and reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and sponsor guidelines
- Identify opportunities for process efficiency within post-award functions
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to internal stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of relevant experience
- Supervisory experience (2 years)
