About the role
- Implement the University's Strategic Real Estate Plan
- Manage the University's West Campus, North Campus and South Campus facilities
- Oversee off-campus commercial property portfolio, including leasing and daily operations
- Assist in the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate assets
- Develop and implement future plans, initiatives, and use of university-owned real estate
- Provide and oversee analysis of real estate activities
- Negotiate for lease, purchase or sale of commercial and institutional properties
- Oversee the asset management of university’s off-campus real estate assets
- Responsible for space management of off-campus property portfolio
- Develop and track an annual financial budget for commercial property operations
- Oversee real estate gift evaluation, due diligence, acceptance, and disposition
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience in Real Estate Development, Asset Management, Real Estate Investing, and Property Management/Operations
- Preferred Master's degree
- Licensed Real Estate Broker in Missouri preferred
