• This is a critical position responsible for revitalizing the brand in the Japanese market by rebuilding the sales foundation and leading business growth through establishing strong relationships with both new and existing physicians and patients.
• 日本市場でのブランドの再活性化に向けて売上基盤の再構築を担い、新規・既存ともに医師や患者との強い関係構築を通じたビジネス成長をリードする、非常に重要なポジションです。
• Customer Management: Formulate and execute a strong sales strategy, identify key customers and KOLs, listen to customer insights, provide consulting recommendations, and lead new customer development.
• 販売プロモーション: トレーナーやマーケティングと協働し、適切なトレーニング・セミナーを企画・提供する。四半期ごとの販売目標を達成し、クリニックスタッフや医師に対するトレーニングを行う。
• Business Planning and Reporting: Conduct segmentation analysis, establish sales forecasts and strategies, submit weekly reports, and manage monthly reports, sales, and expense budgets.
• 業界・製品知識: 美容医療および化粧品業界に関する知識を持ち、ブランド戦略や事業計画を熟知し市場トレンドを把握すること。
