This is a critical position responsible for revitalizing the brand in the Japanese market by rebuilding the sales foundation and leading business growth through establishing strong relationships with both new and existing physicians and patients.
Customer Management: Formulate and execute a strong sales strategy, identify key customers and KOLs, listen to customer insights, provide consulting recommendations, and lead new customer development.
Business Planning and Reporting: Conduct segmentation analysis, establish sales forecasts and strategies, submit weekly reports, and manage monthly reports, sales, and expense budgets.
