About the role
- Own the entire billing and deal execution function
- Report directly to the CEO
- Handle Stripe configuration, contract workflows, discount approvals
- Build the RevOps function from scratch
- Create scalable workflows for customers/month
- Ensure clean handoffs to accounting, accurate reporting, and audit-ready records
Requirements
- 1-3 years in Revenue Operations, Billing Operations, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS company
- Deep Stripe Billing experience
- Experience with contract platforms (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Track record of building processes from scratch in a fast-growth environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions with limited oversight
