Performance Marketing

• Define the acquisition approach across both self-serve (PLG) and enterprise, responsible for driving top-of-funnel acquisition and monetization/pipeline.
• Set strategy around channel mix, activation loops, audience targeting, and scaling budget.
• Prioritize opportunities based on retention, efficiency, and path to profitable growth.
• Lead paid and performance channels from hypothesis to execution.
• Build and iterate A/B test frameworks, campaign planning, targeting strategy, creative testing, and channel optimization.
• Own measurement of CAC, ROI, payback performance, and confidence-building around ROAS/payback models for scaled spend.

• Design scaled activation and retention paths across email, push, and in-product messaging.
• For enterprise, guide accounts toward SQLs through targeted nurture, product signal mining, and pipeline-aware triggers.
• Own Warp’s web surfaces – homepage, landing pages, product pages, etc – to improve discoverability and conversion.
• Lead A/B experiments with Product and Design, improving conversion, activation, and engagement without sacrificing efficiency.
• Manage and optimize core platforms, including Customer.io, HubSpot, Framer, etc to improve personalization, predictive targeting, and performance.
• Maintain clean taxonomy, triggers, and automation infrastructure that supports agent-first delivery, segmentation, and product signal capture.
• Maintain dashboards covering the full funnel (awareness, activation, upgrades, etc)
• Surface experiment insights, channel retention, funnel health, and cost efficiency findings to the team.
• Lead forecasting, pacing, and execution readouts for both self-serve and enterprise.

Performance Marketing Lead

Developer Relations

• Build native integrations and workflows on Warp (Warp 3.0, SDKs, MCP, API baselines)
• Create canonical examples with Docker, GitHub Actions, infra tooling, and data stacks
• Partner with model providers and dev-tool ecosystems to co-develop best practices
• Ship educational content that becomes the standard reference for Warp’s agent platform
• Produce highly technical content — videos, blogs, tutorials, demos — that demonstrates Warp in real developer workflows
• Share content and videos on social media channels
• Be a visible and trusted face of Warp in the developer ecosystem
• Run in-person and online community programs: meetups, hackathons, and workshops
• Engage directly with developers at conferences, panels, podcasts, livestreams, AMAs, and meetups
• Build and nurture a strong community around Warp — from independent builders to enterprise champions
• Cultivate relationships with developer influencers and open-source leaders, amplifying their work with Warp
• Funnel community insights and developer feedback into Warp’s product, growth, and engineering roadmaps
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to create showcases and integrations

Developer Relations Engineer

Copywriter

• Write and edit developer-facing documentation, including CLI guides, API instructions, and tutorials
• Create and refine product pages, emails, and drip sequences tied to product launches and enterprise outreach
• Audit and improve existing docs, onboarding guides, and help content to ensure clarity and completeness
• Develop end-to-end tutorials and examples for Warp’s agent platform
• Collaborate with PMM, Product, and Engineering to maintain consistency and technical accuracy across all content

Support Engineer

• Provide timely response to every user issue across all our feedback channels including Discord, GitHub Issues & Discussions, Slack and email
• File and sync user issues into our internal tracking system (linear)
• Update troubleshooting instructions in our documentation so users can help themselves, and help train our AI-support tool
• Reproduce bugs and list down test cases for every issue before they make it to engineering
• Help create summary of top user issues at our team meetings
• Update users when their issues have been resolved by engineering
• Organize public facing user issues so that issues are
• Automate the feedback collection and response process to be more scalable (e.g. using Front or setting up a user forum)

Product Designer

• Design and prototype product experiences for Warp using Figma in close collaboration with Warp’s engineering, product, and growth teams.
• Iterate on existing features to improve ergonomics, cognitive load, workflow friction, design pattern consistency, and comprehension.
• Craft every detail of new product features, from idea to UX to pixel-perfect execution.
• Contribute to and help manage Warp’s design system and ensure implementation meets specification.
• Use Warp to ship UI nits, bugs, and modifications to production.
• Test designs with our internal team and developer community.

Senior Product Designer

• Build and lead Warp’s developer community; design and run community programs, content, events, and partnerships
• Be a visible and trusted face of Warp at conferences, panels, podcasts, livestreams, AMAs, and meetups
• Organize and run hackathons, challenges, and workshops that inspire experimentation
• Cultivate relationships with developer influencers and open-source leaders
• Produce highly technical content (videos, blogs, tutorials, demos) demonstrating Warp in developer workflows
• Create resources showing how to extend Warp via SDKs, CLIs, integrations, and agents
• Share content across YouTube, Twitter/X, blogs, newsletters, podcasts to drive adoption

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, providing strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions to support effective decision-making
• Manage nascent functions of the business as we scale (potential tours of duty across finance, legal, IT, people and talent) and set up systems for long-term success while being pragmatic about immediate needs
