About the role
- Medicare and Individual Sales Consultant responsible for achieving sales goals for both Medicare and Individual.
- Accomplish Medicare Sales responsibilities through acquisition of Medicare broker appointments and certifications.
- Maintain relationships with brokers to increase sales of Medicare product lines.
- Make outbound sales calls and follow up with active and potential brokers.
- Conduct broker training and update meetings.
- Coordinate with management to establish client services and improve processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent; advanced education or degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of Medicare Sales experience.
- Colorado resident.
- Valid life/health insurance license in applicable markets and the ability to be licensed in all 50 states if necessary.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
