About the role

  • You are the central interface between Streaming, Global Business Development, Finance and the Data teams
  • You develop data-driven strategies and recommendations to strategically maximize our revenues on streaming and social platforms
  • You proactively identify opportunities for incremental revenue, initiate the corresponding projects and own their success from planning through to results
  • You distill complex platform updates and deal changes into concise briefings and advise senior management with clear, actionable recommendations
  • You analyze the performance of our catalogue across all digital channels, anticipate market changes and position these strategically for our stakeholders

Requirements

  • You have experience in data preparation and visualization
  • Your strength is translating complex analyses into simple, persuasive learnings
  • You understand how digital platforms and subscription models operate
  • Ideally you bring experience from the music industry (label, distribution, DSPs) — we also welcome tech‑savvy talent from e‑commerce, gaming, AdTech or SaaS
  • Project management is familiar to you; you navigate confidently across different hierarchical levels and collaborate efficiently with various departments
  • You have expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel
  • You can use BI tools (e.g., Tableau), understand database systems and translate raw data into intelligent dashboards
  • You communicate fluently in German and English (business level)
