About the role
- Ensure VMS users receive timely and effective support
- Partner with the Global Managed Services Provider (MSP) to troubleshoot issues
- Deliver training sessions to enhance user proficiency
- Keep documentation up to date
- Troubleshoot issues with the process or system
- Process user access management requests
- Conduct regular audits and resolve discrepancies
- Generate accurate reports on contingent talent metrics
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
- Partner with IT for security protocols
- Continuously evaluate and optimize VMS processes
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in VMS administration, vendor management or related roles
- Understanding of VMS functionality, integration and configuration systems
- Experience in using VMS platforms, such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar systems preferred
- Experience in using case management system, such as ServiceNow preferred
- Fluency in English, written and spoken or intermediate (speaking is the most important)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
- 1+ year experience in VMS administration, vendor management or related roles for Jr Analyst
