About the role

  • Manage updates and maintenance for the Lifecycle Tracker and Viewership surveys, including title changes, questionnaire changes, and data pulls.
  • Support survey execution through link checks, tabulation planning, and data processing.
  • Leverage Nielsen (NNTV, NPower) data to analyze linear and streaming performance and audience trends across titles.
  • Analyze and distribute title performance reports in partnership with Manager.
  • Respond to ad hoc requests from Home Entertainment marketing and other stakeholders.
  • Utilize tools such as UserTesting to gather real-time usability feedback informing windowing decisions and ad hoc requests.
  • Maintain a centralized research hub of syndicated research sources.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficacy with internal and external datasets.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining deliverable presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support competitive research and title-level projects, both quantitative and qualitative.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in research, analytics, or related field within media or entertainment.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or Statistics.
  • Hands-on experience executing quant. and qual. primary research end-to-end, including drafting surveys, managing fieldwork, analyzing data, and delivering actionable reports.
  • High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and data storytelling skills.
  • Ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience with syndicated analytics tools; familiarity with Nielsen (NNTV, NPower), Comscore, Movio, and CinemaScore is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboarding (such as Tableau) a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
