About the role
- Manage a team of 10 product designers
- Partner closely with design directors for web and mobile apps
- Foster a deep collaborative culture
- Promote partnership with cross-functional leads and senior leadership
- Conduct rapid prototyping to iteratively test and validate product features
- Guide the overall design vision
Requirements
- 10+ years' related work experience leading design in Digital Media/Technology companies
- 5+ years managing and building teams of designers
- Deep understanding of connected TV technologies
- Expertise in Figma
- Prototyping and a deep knowledge of utilizing design systems
- Extensive experience in program management tools such as Confluence and Jira
- Impeccable written and verbal communication
- Facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Data-driven, with extensive experience testing and refining to continually improve upon metrics
- Mastery of best UX design practices
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
