About the role
- Analyze CNN Digital’s audience behavior and engagement trends.
- Support the Senior Manager of Engagement Analytics in tracking and analyzing key engagement KPIs.
- Leverage CNN’s suite of analytics tools to produce impactful presentations, dashboards, and reports.
- Provide analysis to support product initiatives, audience growth strategies, and subscription performance.
- Gather reporting requirements and develop scalable data solutions.
- Contribute to experimentation and A/B testing efforts.
- Monitor and surface emerging engagement trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital analytics, audience insights, or a related field.
- Proficiency with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization platforms like Tableau, Domo, Looker, or Power BI.
- Proven storytelling skills with the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in compiling and analyzing data.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting and presentation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a desire to understand the "why" behind user behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred).
