Machine Learning Engineer

• Define and own the product strategy for Machine Learning and AI decisioning, partnering with Engineering, Design, Product, and Marketing to drive customers to their next best action, whether its content they’ll love or information about their membership.
• Partner with Data Science and ML Engineers to design and deploy predictive models (e.g., take rate models, contextual bandits) that inform not only which campaign to send, but through what channel and at what time.
• Translate model outputs into ranking and eligibility policies that integrate with messaging & CRM systems.
• Partner with Data Science, Experimentation, and Analytics teams to define KPIs, set up experiments (A/B tests, Multi-Armed Bandits), and interpret results to assess offer effectiveness and model accuracy.
• Iterate on models and offer strategies based on experimental results, behavioral insights, and business context.
• Define product requirements for decision engines, orchestration, and self-serve tools that enable non-technical partners to configure campaigns within guardrails.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership and other stakeholders, advocating for the consumer messaging vision & trade-offs.
