About the role
- Support Regional Director in growth, revenue, profitability, staff management and client relationships for Houston market
- Day-to-day management of work and team members for the studio
- Ensure proposals and contracts are in place
- Manage organizational chart, project budget reports, monthly project revenue projections, monthly financials and prepare monthly business reports
- Market and promote to obtain new work; attend business development and networking functions
- Create and lead a positive, team-oriented environment
- Partner with recruiting to hire new team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- 10+ years of experience
- Experience working on Corporate Interiors / Workplace projects
- Business development experience
- Experience leading an office or studio
- Excellent communication, mentorship, and organization skills
- AutoCAD and/or Revit knowledge
