About the role

  • Support the Project Manager or Interior Designer in the delivery of innovative design projects
  • Assist in multiple aspects of the architecture and interior design process, including but not limited to design and documentation across all project phases
  • Preparation of materials and presentations
  • Support during construction administration activities
  • Ideal for entry-level or junior designers looking to deepen their industry knowledge and gain exposure to various stages of project execution while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in Interior Architecture & Design
  • Bachelor's degree or technical degree/certificate in an accredited Interior Design, Architecture, or Interior Architecture related program
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create components of presentation packages
  • Understanding what information will need to be presented to a client with the guidance of your supervisor
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
  • Ability to work with your team members to solve problems involving multiple options
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
  • Understanding and application of design principles, theories, color and materials
