About the role
- Deliver innovative interior design projects from initial concept to construction
- Lead internal and external teams, ensuring budget adherence
- Oversee the development of contract documents
- Primary client contact, providing exceptional client service
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in the field of Interior Design or Architecture
- Diverse commercial experience including Industrial, office, and/or retail project experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- NCIDQ or ARIDO preferred
- AutoCAD and Revit skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma
- Thorough knowledge of building codes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
