• Partner with senior management to shape and execute the company’s overall business strategy.
• Design, communicate, and implement strategic plans to support both short and long term growth objectives.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in targeted industries.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
• Work closely with Siemens management and technical enablement teams to capitalize on their assistance on identifying and closing new and existing business opportunities.
• Build, manage, and mentor the sales, marketing and technical teams to ensure high performance and continuous professional development.
• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve organizational goals.
• Oversee and refine sales pipelines, performance metrics, and forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and sustain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Actively pursue cross sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Focus should include services whenever possible.
• Oversee day to day operations, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational efficiency.
• Manage departmental budgets, optimize expenses, and ensure profitable performance across business units.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts to build a high performing workforce.
• Ensure team productivity, professional development, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Direct the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and quotation packages to support business development activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams to refine service offerings and introduce new solutions based on market demand.
• Complete required Siemens certifications annually and stay current with product knowledge to support sales efforts.
• Deliver timely performance reports and strategic updates to senior leadership.
• Continuously assess operational and financial performance, recommending improvements where needed.
• Define, track, and evaluate professional goals and objectives for the sales organization.
