About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical sales support (Pre & Post sales)
Create demos and present to customers based on various functions
Develop and present technical training
Construct proposals and estimate applicable hours
Customer Relationship Management: Write reports and communicate results, issues, & recommendations to the customer

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Engineering discipline or equivalent work experience
Project management and customer support experience
Understanding and/or experience in Design and Manufacturing process
Proficient in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic understanding of CAD/CAM
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving experience in a manufacturing plant setting (preferred)
Knowledge of Siemens products such as NX, Teamcenter, Tecnomatix: Process Designer, Process Simulate, Plant Simulation, and VSA (preferred)
Understanding of Discrete Event Simulation (preferred)
Understanding of Robotic Systems and Automation (preferred)
