About the role

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting, including (but not limited to) cold calling, email campaigns, and social media engagement, to identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Clearly present and promote our services, demonstrating how we add value and solve problems for prospective clients to generate initial interest.
  • Qualify leads against established criteria (e.g., BANT) to ensure a smooth handoff of high-quality opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our key platforms, Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Proactively research and identify new target accounts and key decision-makers to continuously expand our reach.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and source new leads.

Requirements

  • Weekly: 1,000 emails and 200 calls
  • Monthly: Secure 6 BANT - qualified meetings
