Lead joint business planning with third-party platforms, ensuring technical and commercial alignment for scaled activation.
Support partner enablement by educating stakeholders on MAP's measurement, targeting, and inventory innovations.
Represent MAP in industry and partner-facing events to elevate our position in the broader agency and ad tech ecosystem.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Product, Merchants, and Operations) to drive campaign execution and partner success.
Respond to RFPs with strategic, objective-led solutions tailored to non-endemic business goals.
Requirements
5–7 years of experience in digital advertising, agency partnerships, retail media, or programmatic platform sales.
3+ years managing strategic relationships with agencies, ad tech partners, or non-endemic advertisers.
Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including DSPs, retail media networks, and omnichannel activation.
Proven success in delivering revenue growth and leading complex partner programs.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite.
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), sales forecasting, and strategic account planning.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with cross-functional accountability.
