About the role
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring catchment expansion initiatives, ensuring solutions are considered at scale, and the rollout is come collaboratively.
- Develop and manage business case generation, project plans, rollout plans, and optimize resource allocation to meet program goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and foster productive relationships.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies through scenario planning to ensure successful program delivery.
- Establish performance metrics, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting accountability and professional growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
- 2 years’ supervisory experience.
- Proven expertise in program management, including business case generation, opportunity sizing and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align projects with overall business objectives.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, relationship building, and effective communication across teams.
- Experience in scenario planning, risk assessment, and mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.
- Ability to define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in business operations and decision-making to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Capability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence outcomes through sound recommendations.
