About the role

  • Drive packaging innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain awareness of packaging technologies, industry standards, and automation trends.
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve packaging performance across the lifecycle.
  • Lead sustainable packaging specifications and supplier strategy.
  • Provide technical print execution leadership.
  • Develop and maintain packaging material and print standards.
  • Help identify and address packaging specifications and quality discrepancies.
  • Lead multiple business plans and projects by setting priorities and tracking performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Business, or related field and 4 years’ experience in packaging, procurement, engineering, or project management, OR 6 years’ experience in similar fields.
  • Deep experience in packaging innovation, production, and supplier management.
  • Strong understanding of packaging operations, cost structures, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical, communication, and influence skills.
